2017 = Another Rough Year

After the catastrophic engine failure we experienced in 2016, we were hoping 2017 would go a little better than it did. Unfortunately, we continued to fix things that broke as a result of last year’s major issues, and we continued to experiment with new ideas (we love doing that!). Even though we placed seventh in the overall standings for the NTPA Region II-East, we still had two first place pulls in Washington Court House and Zanesville. After several disappointing pulls at the end of the season, we finished fourth in the last pull we attended. We think we FINALLY have the mechanical issues figured out, and we can’t wait to see how things go in 2018.

Thank you all for your support this year!

The 2016 season is finally over…

2016 wasn’t the greatest year for The Boss Pulling team. We had breakage on the tractor that was beyond our control. Just when we thought things were fixed and starting to go better, something else would break. But the good news is that we learned a lot by getting our new parts for it, and as a result we should have a much stronger, more durable tractor for 2017. And we plan to wreak havoc with it 🙂

Thank you all for your support this year. Even though it was a rough year, we’re hoping to make it up to our fans in 2017!

2016 NTPA Schedule

The NTPA has posted their 2016 schedule online!  We have posted the list of NTPA Region II Light Pro Stock pulls on our site, and will be updating the page with results and videos throughout the pulling season.

Our first pull of 2016 will be Friday, June 3 in Sugarcreek, Ohio.  We’re already looking forward to it!

Final Pull of 2015

Last night The Boss competed against twelve other tractors at the Fairfield County Fair Pull in Lancaster, Ohio.  Our final pull of the year was a success, with Tom winning first place!  We’ve added a few photos to the 2015 Brush Pulls photo gallery.
